A series of one day retreats for anyone who has done a little or a lot of yoga to refresh and reflect through the body.
Yoga for Beginners: ~ 19th May; 1st September.
Open to All Levels: ~ 3rd November.
Experienced Students: ~ 21st July.

She has had a long interest of working with a range of bodies in various settings through her role as a Dramatherapist.

Interested in keeping bees? We will be holding a weekend beekeeping course with Pembrokeshire Beekeepers? Association here at Over the Rainbow. This is an introduction for the complete novice to learn about the types of honey bee, how they work together, how to look after them and how to harvest the honey.
Trainer John Dudman will also guide you in setting up an apiary, the equipment you will need and even how to inspect a bee hive.

Jules Wagstaff will be holding a program of basket making workshops in Pentrecagal (2 miles from Newcastle Emlyn) this Spring/Summer. These are reasonably priced workshops for the community on the theme of sustainable skills.
Learn how to make country style baskets for everyday use. The basket is the ultimate bio-degradeable container able to last 50 years with care and repair.
