One evening each year traders and townspeople dress up in Victorian (later 19th century) costume. Shops stay open late and various prizes are offered.

Gallery 4 - Teifi Valley Agricultural Show 12th July 2003.
This annual agricultural event is a gathering of the farming, equine, canine and horticultural community and features a wide range of competitions and events. This year it was held on a clear, hot summer day which never fails to raise spirits and sell ice creams!

Gallery 2 - Newcastle Emlyn May 16th 2002.
These photos were taken on a "Mart" (Market) day. Each Thursday farmers bring their livestock to town for auction. Despite the decline of the farming industry this important symbolic event still survives for our "Market Town".
