[3.0] RELIEF SOUGHT(3.1) Quashing Order20 In the first place a ‘quashing order’ (certiorari) removing the respective decisions of the First and Second Defendants, in the Courts below, into this Court, and quashing them Thereafter, a (3.2) Mandatory Order21 A ‘mandatory order’ (mandamus) instructing the Defendants to issue the summonses as originally sought by the Claimant, or in the alternative, (3.3) Remittance22 An order (under Rule 54.19(2) CPR 2000) remitting the matter to the Defendants and directing them to reconsider it and reach a decision in accordance with the judgement of the court. Including a stipulation that the Defendants shall not refuse again to issue the summonses sought without first affording the Claimant a reasonable opportunity to be heard in argument. (3.4) Costs23 An order for costs reasonably incurred.
