You can’t tell me that you have never dreamed about getting into one of those showy vehicles that look like they could surpass the speed of light and that glow like the light itself with such flashy colors. Admittedly, there’s a long way for us to reach “Star-Trek times”, and I don’t think any of us would like to get to the “Terminator” future, but in the meantime, we can still have some fun with the futuristic cars that we have around now.

Yes, as you heard, there’s a lot of cars driving around that look like they came just in from year 3000, and you can acquire one of them if you want to. But which one of them? (There are a few.) Well, let me give you a little list to help you out with your indecision:

The W Motors Lykan Hypersport

W Motors Lykan Hypersport

We have one of my personal favorites here!

Intentionally designed to look as futuristic as possible, its smooth-yet-angular, organic-yet-boxy shape is the one that makes people become so awestruck at the sole sight of a not-so-simple car. As well, on the inside, W Motors includes one of the very first control panels in the world to have a holographic mid-air presentation – yeah, you heard that right – that’s both fully customizable and fully interactive. Have you ever wondered how was it like to see one of those holographic displays from Star Wars up-close and with your own eyes? With this car, you can find out!

Of course, such a wonderful model does not grow in the trees. Only seven of these cars are manufactured annually, and being rare like that the bid for acquiring one starts at around $3.4 million.

The Koenigsegg One:1

Well, this car is… harrumph… a bit of a legend among car enthusiasts. It’s all thanks to its capacity to surpass velocities of above 273 miles per hour with over 1161 horsepower on regular mode. With all of this, driving a One:1 is kind of like being a guest in “Fear Factor” and get into a tele-transporter at the same time.

This car had specialized scissor-hinged doors, carbon-ceramic brake pedals, and some of the most stylish lines that you could envision in a car. But, as imposing and fashionable as it is on the outside, what matters is what’s in the inside, am I right? This car has racer seats, neon-hued accents, and a spaceship-like console. It might not be the Starship Enterprise… but it has style.

Nevertheless, it is not cheap. The most basic package it comes in is priced at a minimum of $2.9 million.

The Spania GTA Spano

The Spania GTA Spano

This model here is known as a hypercar, that possess construction with titanium alloys, carbon fiber accents, and its chassis is composed almost in its totality of Kevlar. It reaches the maximum speed of 215 miles per hour and counts with such a powerful engine that it can go from 0 to 60 in under 3 seconds.

But its stellar feature is the smooth exterior with a “Tron-inspired” paint panel, along with its high-powered LCD screen control panel and its pushbutton gear-shifting interface.

Granted, with such unique features, this car is quite hard to find. Only 99 of them are made at any given year. And it was already expected to increase back then.
